Multi-site Leasing Consultant

About the role

Regent at Bellevue Way is seeking a Leasing Consultant who can leverage their customer service skills to attract and secure lease agreements for the property.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting the unique features and benefits of the community
• Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process
• Serve as a resource for residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating resolutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster loyalty and retention
• Use attention to detail to perform necessary office administrative tasks
• Coordinate social and recreational activities for residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay

$24 to $26 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule including weekends
