Multi-Site EHS Manager II

Join Amazon’s mission to become Earth’s safest place to work! As a Multi-Site EHS Manager II, you’ll lead our Global WHS Program implementation, combining hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our most valuable asset – our people.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments and implement practical solutions to protect associates while supporting productivity.
• Conduct thorough site audits and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most.
• Manage our first aid program and emergency response capabilities to ensure immediate care is always available.
• Transform safety data into actionable insights and engage associates in our safety mission.
• Build partnerships with Operations leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of our business.
• Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience
