We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes a description about the firm before Job Summary. Should we include "About the role" heading? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. The posting includes a firm description before Job Summary. That could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says "About the role" as example; we can use that heading for the firm description and job summary? The job summary is separate. But we could combine firm description and job summary under "About the role". However we must not repeat the job title as heading. Also we must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those. Also remove application instructions like "Apply today". Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove disclosures etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: firm description, job summary, responsibilities (list), qualifications (list), compensation/benefits (list). Also maybe "Pay" section: they gave Annual Salary $60,000, Potential Bonus Opportunities, 401(k) Plan, Medical benefit stipend, Dental, Vision, Life/Hospital/Critical Illness, Pet Insurance, Holiday Pay, PTO, Work/Home Life Balance, Opportunities for Career Advancement. That's compensation and benefits. According to rules, we should have sections: Pay (if salary stated), Benefits (if benefits listed), maybe Schedule (if hours mentioned). They mention "Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required". That's schedule info, so we can include Schedule section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is a private equity real estate firm known for its vertical integration that specializes in the acquisition and management of value-add manufactured housing and self-storage assets. Since its inception in 2014, the Firm has raised over $300 million in equity capital and currently has over $600 million in assets under management. Our in-house management company is a leader in asset management; we have a tremendous amount of knowledge, blending property management and service provisions to simplify everyday life. Our team encompasses vision, talent, harmony, beliefs, and commitment. We have over 50 professionals in the corporate office dedicated to the in-house management of our 110+ assets spread across 30 states. The in-house asset management team also employs over 150 property level staff members at its property locations.

The Multi-Site Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple manufactured housing communities. This role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and operational consistency across the assigned properties. The manager leads on-site teams, coordinates maintenance and vendor services, facilitates home sales, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage multiple locations effectively.

Then Responsibilities: list items. We need to parse responsibilities bullet points from the text. They are grouped under headings: Financial & Administrative Management, Resident Relations & Community Engagement, Property Operations & Maintenance Coordination, Sales & Marketing, Team Leadership & Oversight, Regulatory Compliance. Each has multiple sentences. We'll turn each sentence into
  • maybe. We'll preserve all details. Let's extract: Financial & Administrative Management: - Oversee rent collection, fees, and payments at all assigned properties using Rent Manager or similar property management software. - Prepare and review bank deposits, reconcile resident accounts, and generate community-specific financial reports. - Monitor resident delinquencies across sites, communicate outstanding balances, and implement collection procedures. - Review and approve invoices from vendors and contractors; ensure proper coding and timely reconciliation for each property. - Enforce lease agreements consistently across communities and manage the eviction process in compliance with legal requirements. - Process resident move-outs and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of security deposits. Resident Relations & Community Engagement: - Serve as the primary contact for resident questions, concerns, and service requests across multiple communities. - Promote a positive and consistent living environment by enforcing community rules and ensuring a high level of customer service. - Support and participate in local community engagement efforts that build goodwill and enhance the reputation of each location. Property Operations & Maintenance Coordination: - Oversee the maintenance and appearance of multiple communities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and upkeep of common areas. - Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and third-party vendors to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold safety standards and company policies. Sales & Marketing: - Work with corporate marketing teams to implement strategies that support occupancy goals across assigned properties - Facilitate mobile home sales by marketing available homes, conducting property tours, negotiating terms, and closing transactions. - Maintain accurate records of home sales and leasing activities in compliance with applicable regulations. - Ensure timely and professional follow-up with prospects across all sites. Team Leadership & Oversight: - Supervise and support on-site staff at each assigned location. - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure operational consistency. - Delegate tasks appropriately and foster accountability across teams at each community. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with all Federal Fair Housing Act regulations and applicable local housing laws. - Enforce community rules and ensure policies are consistently applied across locations. Now Qualifications: list items. From Qualifications paragraph: - Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds - 2-3 years of managerial experience of a mobile home community - Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications - Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, solve problems involving: residents, personnel, finances, equipment/ maintenance issues, emergency situations, etc. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with prospective buyers and residents effectively. - Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, state regulations, and best practices related to property management and home sales. - Possess strong written and oral communication skills. - Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community. - Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset - Ability to solve problems - Willing to learn and a drive to improve community/asset - Valid driver's license and clean background required Note some duplicates: "Ability to solve problems" appears also earlier; we can keep but maybe deduplicate? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. There's "Ability to solve problems" appears twice (once in "Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, solve problems involving: ..." and later as separate bullet). We should keep only one instance. Also "Willing to learn and a drive to improve community/asset" appears maybe only once. Also "Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset" is schedule info; we might move to Schedule section rather than Qualifications. But it's also a qualification. However we have a Schedule section; we can include that info there and not duplicate in Qualifications. The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading; but we can still include the schedule info under Schedule section. It's substantive; we should not lose it. So we can move that to Schedule section and remove from Qualifications. Also "Ability to solve problems" is covered in the earlier bullet; we can keep that bullet as part of the highly motivated bullet. We'll keep that bullet and remove the separate "Ability to solve problems" line. Now Benefits: list items from compensation block: - Annual Salary $60,000 - Potential Bonus Opportunities - 401(k) Plan - Medical benefit stipend of $525 per month - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life, Hospital & Critical Illness Insurance benefits available - Pet Insurance - Holiday Pay - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Work/Home Life Balance - Opportunities for Career Advancement We need to separate Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: Annual Salary $60,000, Potential Bonus Opportunities. Benefits: the rest. Schedule: Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "This job description outlines the general responsibilities of the role and may be subject to change based on business needs." That's generic; we should remove as it's boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a generic disclaimer. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not exactly those categories but could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Disclosures" section entirely (EEO, E-Verify). Also remove "PM22" at end. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap each section in

    heading and then
    • for lists,

for prose. For About the role we have two paragraphs; we can combine into one

      with both paragraphs separated by
      or just two

      elements. The instruction: use

for prose. So we can have multiple

      elements. Thus:
