Multi-Site Community Manager

Berger Communities is seeking a Multi‑Site Community Manager to oversee four communities in Philadelphia’s Main Line area—Apartments at Wayne Station, Montgomery Pointe, Summit Court, and The Athens—totaling 117 apartment homes. In this role you’ll lead daily operations, drive leasing performance, and create an exceptional resident experience across multiple communities. Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the properties.
• Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
• Build and lead a high‑performing onsite team.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move‑ins to renewals.
• Ensure rent collection and manage legal processes as needed.
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness.
• Stay informed about the local market and competing properties.

Pay

$70,000–$74,000 per year, plus:

• Up to 20% annual bonus
• Milestone bonuses
• Monthly renewal & occupancy bonuses
• Leasing commissions
