Responsibilities

  • Manage properties and ensure their maintenance and safety
  • Handle tenant relations and lease agreements
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve property performance
  • Conduct financial analysis and budgeting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications
