Multi-Site Leasing Consultant

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support three luxury communities in the Frisco/Plano area: AMLI at the Ballpark, AMLI Frisco Crossing, and AMLI West Plano. This role offers exposure to multiple properties, a larger inventory of apartment homes, increased traffic, and greater leasing and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting personalized tours and showcasing luxury apartment homes and community amenities
• Building relationships with prospects and identifying their housing needs
• Following up on leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries
• Converting traffic into leases while achieving leasing goals
• Preparing lease agreements and processing applications
• Assisting with resident renewals and retention efforts
• Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
• Creating exceptional move-in experiences for new residents
• Supporting resident events and community engagement programs
• Maintaining expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions across all three communities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Saturday availability required
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong follow-up and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Apartment leasing experience
• Retail sales, hospitality, or hotel experience
• Experience working in a commission-driven environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
