Multi-Site Branch Manager - Greece & Chili Branches

About the role

This position is responsible for the administration and efficient operation of full-service branch(s) within the assigned region or territory. Key areas include operations, lending, product sales, customer service, compliance, security, and safety in accordance with the Company’s objectives. The role involves supervising branch staff, directing leadership, meeting business banking needs, developing a local community presence, and supporting small business banking while referring larger deals to the Commercial Lending Officer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-level customer service is consistently maintained, staff understand service expectations, and employees are trained to provide exceptional service.
• Conduct regular branch meetings to communicate sales results and keep employees informed and focused.
• Complete monthly branch audit reports, quarterly FDICIA reports, and other assigned reports accurately and on time.
• Develop expertise in Small Business loans and engage in discussions with business customers.
• Build a presence in the community by networking with local leaders and the business community.
• Implement strategies through the Bank Business Plan to achieve assigned goals.
• Serve as a member of the Company’s sales team.
• Maintain a full understanding of small business and consumer lending.
• Review employee performance during the introductory period and on a regular basis thereafter.
• Inform personnel of relevant policies and procedures affecting their roles.
• Provide sales information promptly for inclusion in sales performance reports.
• Ensure the branch’s Policy and Procedure Manuals are up-to-date and review new policies with staff as needed.
• Work with the Security Officer to recover fraudulent losses.
• Fill in at other branch locations and assume supervisory responsibilities as required.
• Communicate with the Supervising Branch Manager, other office managers, and staff to integrate activities.
• Assist in selecting, orienting, and training new personnel.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related role.
• Specialized banking education and training preferred.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory skills.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration required for assisting with consumer and residential lending.
• Proficient in the sales process, including recognizing and suggesting products and achieving referral goals.
• Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Proficient PC skills.

Pay

USD $93,500.00 - USD $122,500.00 per year, plus branch incentive bonus.
