Multi-Site Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
and appropriate - for lists,
for prose.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Candidate Screening & Interview Process, Background Checks, Mission & Culture? Actually mission & culture could be considered part of About the role? But it's not required heading; we could omit if not matching headings. Since we only output sections for those headings, we can omit mission & culture, screening, EEO.
We must preserve all substantive information; but we can omit sections not requested headings? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't say we must include all possible headings; we can omit sections if not needed. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit a section, we lose that info. So we need to embed all substantive info somewhere within the allowed headings. So we need to place mission & culture, screening, etc into appropriate headings like About the role or Responsibilities? But they'd be not exactly matching. However we could create a section like "About the role" and include company overview, mission, culture, etc. That's acceptable because it's still substantive.
Thus we can put company description, mission & culture, etc under About the role.
Similarly, screening process could be omitted? It's substantive but not under any heading; maybe we could put under About the role as well, but that might be odd. However instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine many pieces into fewer sections.
Thus we can have sections: About the role (company overview, mission, culture, screening process, property info), Responsibilities (Your Role), Requirements (What We're Looking For), Qualifications (education/certifications), Skills (customer service, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational abilities), Benefits (What We Offer + compensation benefits), Pay (hourly range + bonus), Schedule (work hours, on-site, location).
We must ensure not to repeat info unnecessarily but it's okay if some overlap.

We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed.
