Multi-Site Apartment Leasing Consultant
What You'll Do
- Conduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communities
- Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional service
- Generate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention efforts
- Assist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience
- Collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals
- Help coordinate resident events and community engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
- Leveraging leasing commissions, performance incentives, and recognition awards

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Saturday availability required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
Preferred Experience
- Apartment leasing or property management experience
- Retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
- Experience working toward sales goals
