    The Experienced Sales Representative will leverage their deep knowledge of State Farm products, strong sales skills, and licensing credentials to build and maintain a robust client portfolio. This role requires a proactive sales approach to identify customer needs, present customized insurance solutions, and close sales effectively, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize State Farm experience to effectively present and sell Life & Health, and Property & Casualty insurance products.
    • Develop, manage, and grow a book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual customer circumstances.
    • Maintain active Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses in compliance with state regulatory requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and policy servicing needs.
    • Collaborate with State Farm agents and teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure seamless client onboarding.
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
    • Maintain or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall office goals.
    • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven sales experience, preferably with State Farm or similar insurance companies.
    • Active Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses (state-specific).
    • Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products and sales processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Able to manage multiple client relationships and sales activities simultaneously.
    • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    Compensation

    $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
