Qualifications

- Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell results - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting - Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities - Interest in professional growth within an agency environment - Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses

Primary Responsibilities

- Engage with new and existing customers to discuss available product options - Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings - Coordinate daily operations across multiple business areas to help meet office objectives - Monitor performance metrics and support ongoing marketing efforts - Contribute to team development through communication, coaching, and collaboration - Participate in community activities that build local awareness of the agency
