About the role

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager - Senior to deliver advanced all-source analytic support, collection management, and operational planning for intelligence operations and requirements supporting U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze intelligence derived from a broad spectrum of sources.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-domain collection strategies.
  • Translate tactical intelligence needs into actionable strategic objectives.
  • Represent USCYBERCOM at various coordination forums.
  • Direct and synchronize the employment of both organic and non-organic collection assets.
  • Validate, de-conflict, and consolidate intelligence requirements.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of USCYBERCOM collection management authorities and responsibilities.
  • Develop operational instructions (OIs) and collection management plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements.
  • Experience in intelligence collection management or ISR planning, including direct support to joint, interagency, or CCMD operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) and ISR platforms.
  • Experience using DoD and IC collection systems such as COLISEUM, PRISM, HOTR, or MIDB.
  • Familiarity with joint planning processes (JOPP, MDMP) and Annex B (Intelligence) and Annex K (IO) integration.
  • Proficiency in Collection Management, ISR Planning, and operational-level intelligence support.
  • Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a J39 or J2 staff at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or Service Component.
  • Understanding of IRCs (MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, Cyber) and their intelligence support requirements.
  • Experience developing or validating ISR collection in support of non-kinetic targeting or IO assessments.
  • Graduate of a service or joint collection management course (e.g., DIA Collection Management Course, Army MI Officer Collection Manager Course, Air Force 14N ISR Operations Course, or equivalent).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $139,100.00 - $251,450.00.
