Multi-Discipline Collection Manager, Senior

About the role

As a multi-discipline collection manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the intelligence needs of our warfighters and nation's leaders. Your expertise in intelligence collection and requirements management will be essential in ensuring that collection requirements effectively support intelligence needs and operational end states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine collection requirements, collection operations, and multi-intelligence collection strategies
• Execute collection operations management processes supporting CCMD tasking, synchronization, and strategy development
• Assist with monitoring and managing collection activities
• Provide time-critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure
• Lead and mentor other analysts to share expertise and improve team capabilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
• 4+ years of experience in intelligence collection management
• Knowledge of CHROME, NSRP, OSCAR-MS, and GIMSK
• Understanding of multi-intelligence collection disciplines
• Knowledge of CCMD and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship
• Experience with intelligence support to cyber

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
