Candidate must have a background in SOF for 8+ years and must have supported adjacent and subordinate specialized SOF units.

Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Site Manager for the Fort Bragg, NC area.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

• Provide senior level management of day to day operational support and guidance to all site support personnel.
• Ensure all personnel actions are in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures and coordinate training for assigned personnel.
• Prepare internal weekly key issues report for area.
• Brief customer on cost, schedule, and technical performance as needed.
• Aid Program Management Office (PMO) in establishing milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules for the program technical and administrative areas.
• Aid in resolving issues, track trends in order to identify potential areas of concern and address unresolved issues with all interested parties for resolution.
