Multi Food Service General Manager

About the role

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Generating and executing business plans to meet established standards, sales and profit objectives
• Ensuring customer expectations are met
• Conducting meetings with subordinate employees
• Maintaining effective vendor relationships
• Building, coaching, managing and developing teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint
• Driving sales
• Managing team members
• Tracking inventory
• Providing customer service
• Performing P&L analysis

Qualifications

• Exemplifying integrity and accountability at the managerial level
• Demonstrating excellent team leadership skills
• Working a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
• Having 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
• Having previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Creating and maintaining a customer focused culture

Pay and Benefits

Starting between: $80,168.40 - $99,600.00 / year, plus short term monthly incentive and long term annual incentive opportunity.
