Responsibilities

  • Cook up and oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, guaranteeing high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain daily field reports and other project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-family construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
