Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective completion.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, guaranteeing high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain daily field reports and other project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
