About the Role
The Multi-Family Electrical Supervisor supports operational excellence, maintains high-quality standards, and contributes to the successful execution of company objectives while collaborating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties and responsibilities in support of departmental and company objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to assigned responsibilities.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
- Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
- Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience related to field electric supervisor responsibilities preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
- English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, walk, and use a computer.
- Perform hand movements, including typing and equipment operation.
- Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
- Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.
- Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.
- Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.
- Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
- Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
- Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
