Project Scope
Commercial and Industrial
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience managing project lifecycles within commercial or multi-family construction
- Must be local to the area (6+ years), understand the culture, and have a strong network of General Contractors in the area
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret detailed construction schedules, drawings, and specifications
- Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments and job sites as required
- Strong communication skills necessary for interfacing between clients, drafting teams, and shop personnel
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Specific project management experience handling Division 5 miscellaneous metals or structural steel
- Prior experience in construction sales, estimating, or contract negotiation
- Completion of formalized construction management training or professional industry certifications
