Essential Job Functions

• Performs quality radiographic procedures according to department policy and procedure.
• Evaluates radiographic quality of films prior to interpretation.
• Prepares patients for examinations obtaining pertinent histories and explaining the examination.
• Performs C.A.T. scans according to routine procedures.
• Captures and coordinates scheduling, transportation and scanning of patients.
• Maintains cleanliness of room and equipment.
• Orders supplies used in the operation of the C.A.T. scanner and assigned radiology room.
• Follows safety and infection control policies of department and hospital.
• Takes call as scheduled.
