Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Prioritize preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues.
Partner with operations teams to resolve equipment problems and improve performance.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper machine guarding.
Qualifications
- Experience performing electrical and/or mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience working with PLCs, motors, and drive systems.
- Willing and able to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards.
- Experience with conveyors, power transmission systems, and rotating equipment.

What We Offer
- Up to $38.95/hour based on experience.
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Occasional weekends, overtime, and schedule flexibility required.
