We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to follow instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "White Pine Innovations is part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG) portfolio of companies. SNG is Seneca Holdings’ federal government contracting business that meets mission-critical needs of federal civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers. Our portfolio comprises multiple subsidiaries that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. To learn more about SNG, visit the website and follow us on LinkedIn. Our team of talented individuals is what makes us successful. To support our team, we provide a balanced mix of benefits and programs. Your total rewards package includes competitive pay, benefits, and perks, flexible work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and performance and recognition programs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability, voluntary benefit programs (critical illness, hospital, and accident), health savings and flexible spending accounts, and retirement 401K plan. One of our fundamental principles is to offer competitive health and welfare benefits to our team members, providing coverage and care for you and your family. Full-time employees working at least 30 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in our benefits and paid leave programs. We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation." This is about company overview and benefits. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have company description and benefits. Could put under "About the role" or maybe "Benefits". The instruction says include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Benefits are described: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefit programs, health savings, flexible spending accounts, retirement 401K plan. Also mention eligibility: full-time employees working at least 30 hours a week eligible for benefits and paid leave programs. Also mention competitive pay, benefits, perks, flexible work-life balance, professional development opportunities, performance and recognition programs. So we have Benefits section content. Also we have Pay? Not specific numbers; just "competitive pay". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay" but no specifics. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "competitive pay" is vague but still states that pay is competitive; is that considered filler? It's not a specific number. The rule says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "competitive pay" is somewhat vague but still a statement. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state "competitive pay" as part of total rewards package. So we could include Pay section with that statement? But they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine Pay and Benefits? But they want separate headings for each if content exists. However we could include a Benefits section with details, and maybe not include Pay because it's just "competitive pay" which is not substantive detail. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive pay, but that's still a statement. However they also said "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". "competitive pay" is not exactly those but still vague. I'd lean to omit Pay section to avoid thin content. Similarly Schedule: not mentioned. So we will have Benefits section. Now the role description: "White Pine Innovations is seeking a Multi‑Competency Security Cooperation (SC) Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) on site in the NCR. Contractor shall provide qualified support to the research-based mission and training programs. The core focus of this support shall be research, analysis, and teaching. Significant experience with and knowledge of the US government Security Cooperation program is highly preferred." Then "Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:" followed by a long list of duties. Then "Basic Requirements:" list. Then "Desired Qualifications:" list. Then "Faculty experience" maybe a heading? Actually after Desired Qualifications there is "Faculty experience Equal Opportunity Statement:" seems like a formatting error; likely "Faculty experience" is part of Desired Qualifications? Actually the line: "Faculty experience Equal Opportunity Statement: Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities..." So "Faculty experience" maybe a leftover heading but not needed. We'll ignore. We need to output sections: About the role? Could include a short paragraph summarizing the role and company. Could be "About the role" containing the initial description about the position and company. Or we could have "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Benefits". Also maybe "Skills" could be derived from requirements (Microsoft Office, AI proficiency). But we can put those under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no heading with the title. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we need to strip the Equal Opportunity Statement and any EEO lines. Also remove "Faculty experience Equal Opportunity Statement:" line. Also remove "To learn more about SNG, visit the website and follow us on LinkedIn." That's maybe navigation? It's not boilerplate but could be considered promotional; but it's substantive? It's a link suggestion; maybe we can keep? It's not essential to job; but it's not boilerplate. However it's not needed for job description; but rule says preserve ALL substantive information; does that include promotional lines? Probably yes, but it's not essential to job. However it's not boilerplate; it's about learning more about SNG. Might be considered fluff but still part of posting. I'd keep it? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is not those. So we keep. But we also need to remove duplicated lines. There may be duplicates; we need to check.
