Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Design, build, and support APIs and microservices.
- Integrate modern applications with legacy CAPSIL mainframe systems.
- Build cloud-native solutions using AWS.
- Participate in architecture, technical design, and Agile planning.
- Write unit and automated tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve defects.
- Support modernization initiatives across Health and Annuity platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business partners, and engineering teams.
- Produce production-ready code, documentation, and deployment support.
Qualifications
- Strong Java and Spring Boot full-stack development experience.
- Experience with MuleSoft integration.
- AWS cloud development experience.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and TypeScript.
- GitHub, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD experience.
- Unit testing and test automation experience.
- Agile software development experience.
- Experience integrating legacy systems (CAPSIL preferred).
- Insurance or annuity industry experience preferred.
