Mulesoft Integration Delivery Lead

About the role

You will make an impact by leading the end-to-end delivery of complex MuleSoft and enterprise integration programs. You will be a valued member of the integration delivery team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft and enterprise integration programs across design, build, s, and deployment
• Drive API-led and event-driven architecture using MuleSoft and Kafka
• Manage integrations across SAP/ERP systems, cloud platforms, and middleware ecosystems
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and release planning
• Engage with client stakeholders and executive leadership for status updates and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, and best practices
• Lead and manage onshore/offshore teams and drive delivery excellence

Requirements

• Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave)
• Experience with Kafka and event streaming architectures
• Strong background in SAP/ERP integration (S/4HANA, ECC, middleware)
• Familiarity with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, cloud integrations)
• Demonstrated expertise in API-led connectivity and microservices architecture
• Proven ability to lead and manage onshore/offshore teams
• Experience overseeing program governance, risk management, and release planning
