Responsibilities

  • Provide long-term interventions for an assigned caseload of students individually and in small groups
  • Provide short-term social emotional and behavioral interventions to address temporary concerns
  • Progress monitor interventions and intervention outcomes
  • Execute administrative tasks for the Student Experience team and MTSS program
  • Track and support students returning from extended absences, including those that are chronically absent and/or truant
  • Provide team support when needed. This includes but is not limited to covering classes, aiding in team projects, etc.

  • An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school, college, and lead exemplary lives
  • Proven track record of ambitious results in previous roles
  • Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
  • Follow through, attention to detail, and a belief that “sweating the small stuff” matters

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with diverse populations
