About the role

This role supports the execution of Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) transactions while also assisting with data management and analytics activities that support the firm's MSR valuation and advisory business. It combines data management, validation, and analytics responsibilities, with transaction activities serving as the core focus. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage, process and validate mortgage servicing data as part of the overall MSR sales and pricing process
• Prepare MSR portfolio marketing materials, summary exhibits, data files, and internal documentation for transactions
• Interface with clients and/or related stakeholders to explain methodologies and resolve data issues
• Assist in the execution of MSR transactions, including fielding data questions from buyers and bid analysis support
• Ensure accuracy of data via client communication
• Work with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and new systems
• Collaborate with sales and valuation team as part of the MSR sales and pricing processes
• Perform other activities as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or related field, or combination of education and experience
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Zero to three years of relevant experience in a data or analytics role
• Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office including strong skills in Excel
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management
• Alteryx or similar ETL software experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large and varied datasets

Schedule

Hybrid role (2 days in office) based out of Denver office.

Pay

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
