TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in the Jacksonville area. This is a hybrid position with 90% remote work. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Jacksonville for occasional on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to ensure an excellent member experience.
• Process financial transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
• Advise members on additional products and services aligned with their needs.
• Manage a daily call volume of 80–100+ calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales).
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• After training, schedules fall between 11:00 AM and 9:30 PM within an 8.5-hour shift window.
• Rotating weekday and weekend days off.
• Schedules are released two weeks in advance.

Pay

$20.75 per hour.
