Responsibilities
- Provide complex critical care to adult medical-surgical ICU patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care.
- Manage ventilators and titrate critical drips.
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage families in care decisions.
- Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
