Responsibilities
- Collect, transcribe, and verify manufacturing process data from paper batch records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP and documentation standards.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with manufacturing and support teams.
- Independently manage assigned workload to meet strict timelines.
- Perform handson work inside cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments.
- Support a larger team of Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Data Process Specialists.
- Maintain strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
- Execute repetitive, accuracycritical tasks under time pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a laboratory science (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.).
- Data science or computer science background not required.
- 12 years of experience (earlycareer candidates encouraged).
- Experience or exposure to GMP manufacturing, cleanroom work, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Experience with documentation, data entry, or accuracycritical tasks is beneficial.
- Must be comfortable working on feet for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
