MS Social Studies Teacher

About the role

The School District of Phillips is seeking an innovative educator who can work collaboratively with colleagues, develop positive relationships with students and parents, and build partnerships with the community. This is a full-time position starting with the 2026-2027 school year, teaching 7th grade World History and 8th grade US History at Phillips Middle School (Grades 7 & 8). Co-curricular coaching and advisor positions are available.

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated knowledge of:

• Differentiated Instruction
• Ability to enhance learning and student engagement through interactive use of technology
• Wisconsin State Standards for Social Studies

Requirements

• Strong background in Social Studies
• Experience teaching in Grades 7 & 8 (preferred)
