MS Dynamics Sales Technical Lead

About the role

HSBC is seeking a Technical Lead to drive business requirements and technical delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales within its Wealth & Private Banking environment. This is a business-facing player/coach role working closely with both business and technology teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics Sales
• 5+ years of Technical Lead experience
• Strong hands-on development with C#, Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Azure Functions, ADF, Azure SQL, APIs, IAM/RBAC
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Visual Studio/VS Code
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
• Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
