MRSS Therapist

About the role

Ravenwood Health is hiring Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) Therapists for their expanding program. Full-time benefits include:

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality, compassionate, and ethical treatment to clients in need of crisis stabilization.
• Absessing and managing safety and risk on an ongoing basis and adjusting level of care and recommendations as needed.
• Supporting program development through community partnerships and trainings.
• Completing and maintaining clinical documentation within agency set timeframes.
• Managing case data through MRSS Data Management System.
• Participating in interdisciplinary clinical/administrative team meetings.
• Providing initial and follow-up crisis response within scope of practice.
• Collaborating with all MRSS and Emergency Services (ES) team members to define and achieve treatment goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Current licensure (CT, SWT, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) by the appropriate body in the state of Ohio and practicing within the scope of their licensure.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid drivers license.
