Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth in MRO and wholesale plumbing channels through strategic sales planning, territory expansion, and pipeline development
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to increase market penetration and sales performance
  • Manage and grow relationships with plumbing wholesalers, distributors, and MRO customers to maximize retention and upsell opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to deliver sustainable, high-margin sales growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in MRO, wholesale distribution, plumbing products, or industrial sales environments with measurable growth results
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, CRM platforms (Salesforce), data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to travel up to 60% domestically; excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders and conduct business in English
