MRO Buyer (Temp)

About the role

We are a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans. Our new Miramar, FL site (opened November 2025) is the center of excellence for our MRO operations in North America. This is a temporary assignment for up to 6 months, with an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL. You will report to the Supply Chain and Planning Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement and planning.
• Experience with tactical and strategic supplier development and networking.
• ERP/MRP systems proficiency preferred.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency, including Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Must meet export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).

Responsibilities

• Procure commodities such as major machined parts, castings, electronic components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Oversee and implement obsolescence management strategies.
• Oversee program management of subcontracted assemblies and highly engineered technical products.
• Collaborate with various supply chain departments, including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Quality, and leadership.
