About the role
The MRO Buyer manages procurement of maintenance, repair, and operational products and services for the Kenworth Division and PACCAR Corporate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Coordinate approvals
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Support sourcing efforts
- Negotiate strategies to reduce costs, improve quality, and streamline processes
- Collaborate with departments
- Monitor product quality
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Generate financial reports
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools for analysis and present findings to management
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; minimum 3 years of purchasing or related experience.
