MRI Technologist Virtual Interview Day - Throughout JUNE - Queens and Long Island - Full Time, Per Diem and Part Time Shifts Available

About the role

This position is responsible for performing medically prescribed MRI procedures of designated anatomical areas under the direction of the radiologist and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform medically prescribed MRI procedures of designated anatomical areas under the direction of the radiologist and supervisor.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI equipment according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma from accredited School of Radiologic Technology (Bachelor's Degree required for Manhattan based positions)
• New York State license
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Advanced Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Grace period offered for positions in Queens and Long Island)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Pay

The salary range for the role is $107,973 - $112,445, per diem rate is $61/hr. Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
