MRI Technologist - Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Overview

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an MRI Technologist to join our imaging team at our M Health Clinic and Surgery Center in Minneapolis, MN!

This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work Thursday and Friday from 7AM - 7:30PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30AM - 3PM. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus that is prorated based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains patient care
  • Performs examinations
  • Identifies relevant data from images accurately
  • Communicates pertinent data clearly to the appropriate health care professional
  • Ensures patient safety and emergency preparedness
  • Determines patient information
  • Accurately completes computer functions - edits, status changes, logging
  • Accurately films and jacket preparation
  • Achieves quality diagnostic images by using proper positioning of patients and correct operation of equipment
  • Performs training and education duties
  • Participates in the orientation of new employees
  • Trains students
  • Trains health care professionals and new employees
  • Maintains equipment
  • Correctly operates equipment
  • Optimizes use of equipment
  • Understands the structure visualized and its significance

Requirements

  • ARRT Certification
  • Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience
  • Meets MRI Safety Screen requirements
  • MRI Certification within 1-1/2 Yrs

Pay

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Sign-On Bonus
