MRI Technologist (Sign on Bonus!)– Full Time
About the role
A leading healthcare client is seeking an experienced MRI Tech to join their team in a permanent role at a local outpatient facility in Medford, OR. You will accurately interpret physicians’ scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images. This role supports both outpatient clinic operations and occasional inpatient studies received from nearby hospital ERs. Training is structured and extensive to ensure adherence to established protocols. Medford, OR offers access to outdoor recreation and cultural amenities within southern Oregon, including hiking and mountain biking in the Rogue River–Siskiyou National Forest, water recreation on the Rogue River, seasonal skiing and snow sports at local mountain resorts, and dining, shopping, and performing arts in downtown Medford and neighboring Ashland (home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival).
Responsibilities
- Interpret physicians’ scanning instructions.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
- Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.
- Support outpatient clinic operations and occasional inpatient studies from nearby hospital ERs.
- Follow established imaging protocols and participate in structured training.
