MRI Technologist PRN

Role: MRI Technologist I in the MRI department, responsible for performing MRI procedures following departmental protocols and standards. Key Responsibilities Operate MRI scanners and related equipment proficiently, including contrast injectors and monitoring devices.Verify orders with radiologists and prepare patients for imaging procedures.Obtain patient medical history and document imaging results accurately.Administer IV contrast agents and ensure radiation safety protocols are followed.Assist in invasive procedures as needed and maintain equipment and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of MRI procedures, safety practices, and contrast administration.Ability to verify orders, prepare patients, and document results effectively.Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and monitoring devices.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
