About the role
This position involves operating MRI equipment, positioning patients, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic films are provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment and ensure quality control
- Provide requested films of high diagnostic quality based on each case
- Interact effectively and professionally with patients, referring physicians, and other employees
- Maintain optimal patient flow and throughput
Requirements
- Physical dexterity and strength to operate MRI equipment and handle patient materials
- Conceptual ability to determine appropriate study methods based on case specifics
- Interpersonal skills to handle patients under stress and communicate with various professionals
- Organizational skills necessary for the position
- Analytical skills for compiling and interpreting data
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in providing patient care and performing exams according to governing bodies and RIMI protocols
- Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred but not required
Qualifications
- ARRT registration and MR certification
- Four years of IV experience

Pay
Competitive pay prorated based on core hours.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM-9:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM at our Lincoln, RI clinical site.
