MRI Technologist (Outpatient)- Weekend Per Diem/Part-Time
UConn Health Imaging is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our patient-focused team on a part-time basis with flexible, consistent scheduling.
About the role
We are looking for MR-Registered Technologists who can commit to regular, ongoing coverage. Scheduling can be tailored based on availability—options may include working one or both weekend days, every other weekend, or a consistent set schedule that helps support open shifts.
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (2 Sundays per month)
- Sunday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: outpatient imaging center in Farmington, CT. No on-call or holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans in an outpatient setting
- Deliver consistent, quality imaging services with a focus on customer service and patient care
Requirements
- Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as (R)(MR) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
- Current, active registration in good standing
Pay
$42/hour + weekend shift differential.
