About the role
We are seeking a Senior MRI Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures in an operating room environment, primarily supporting interventional and surgical cases.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for MRI studies
- Independently conduct MRI studies in an operating room setting
- Ensure regulatory compliance during all procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new staff and students
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a related field
- Certification as a Registered Technologist (R.T.(R)) and/or MR
- 2+ years of MRI and/or OR experience preferred
Skills
- Technical proficiency with Siemens MRI machines
- Strong adherence to safety protocols
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Safety awareness in a high-stakes environment
