MRI Technologist - Night Shift (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Charge MRI Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, independently conducting studies, overseeing shift operations, and providing mentorship to staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI imaging procedures
• Prepare patients and equipment for studies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with difficult exams
• Coordinate workflow and serve as a clinical resource
• Oversee shift operations and assume supervisory duties in the absence of leadership
• Provide mentorship to staff and students
• Manage supplies and equipment

Requirements

• Associate degree or Trade School equivalency in Radiologic Technology
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT) and/or MR (ARRT or ARMRIT)
• 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 5–10 years of experience in MRI
• Additional certifications such as CPR
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
