MRI Technologist Lead

About the role

Lead the daily operations of imaging services, ensuring quality in imaging, patient care, and workflow in a hospital setting. This role involves physical activity, patient interaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Serve as a resource for staff
• Perform staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations
• Accurately position patients and select technical parameters
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Submit high-quality images and documentation promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Completion of MRI or Radiology Technology program
• ARRT-R and either ARMRIT or ARRT-MR credentials
• Minimum two years of MRI experience
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
