About the Role

Leads MRI team members by demonstrating advanced knowledge of MRI responsibilities, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and promoting teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates team performance, focusing on productivity and quality.
• Coordinates services, prioritizes workflow, and supports decision-making and problem-solving.
• Handles complex issues and oversees equipment quality control, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Acts with critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as an RT and certified in MRI by ARRT; state licensure if required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through recognized organizations.
