MRI Technologist I - PRN - Outpatient
Cardinal Points Imaging of the Carolinas is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist I to join an energetic, patient-focused team in Raleigh, NC. This part-time, as-needed role offers weekday and weekend shifts.
About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform routine to complex MRI procedures and protocols
- Operate MRI equipment and applicable ancillary equipment
- Work independently and multitask
- Provide accurate and concise documentation
- Demonstrate understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology
- Utilize computer applications including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and data retrieval
Requirements
- Up to 3 years experience as an MRI Technologist
- Minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) with current valid registration
- MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT required upon hire for IDTF centers; non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment
- Must meet state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice
