MRI Technologist - Full-Time Nights

Key Duties Include

  • Maintaining ARRT or ARMRIT certification and adhering to safety and quality protocols.
  • Preparing patients, verifying orders, and providing patient education and comfort.
  • Performing scans, reviewing images for clarity, and operating MRI equipment.
  • Assisting in training students and other technologists.
  • Following infection control, safety standards, and documentation procedures.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Certification from ARRT (MR), ARMRIT, or cross-trained in MRI.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • IV competency within 30 days of hire.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, image evaluation, equipment operation, and emergency response.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and task prioritization skills.

Physical Requirements Include

  • Visual and manual dexterity, ability to lift and move patients and equipment.
  • Standing, walking, and navigating busy clinical environments.
