MRI Technologist - Evenings
Job Summary
Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed MRI Technologist to provide magnetic resonance imaging services to patients performing procedures in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 2-year, AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Valid ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR)
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1-3 years of prior/current MRI Technologist experience
- Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 380+ bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL. We have a thirteen-acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. About the Role
The MRI Technologist plays a crucial role in providing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging services to patients. They are responsible for demonstrating a strong and thorough knowledge of all MRI and associated equipment, facilitating the MRI procedure, preparing and positioning patients, documenting clinical information, and maintaining effective communication with patients and other caregivers.
