MRI Technologist

About the role

Performs a variety of technical procedures independently, primarily conducting MRI examinations and assuming responsibility for designated areas or procedures. As needed, will serve as a CT Tech, receiving pay at the MRI rate when performing CT scans.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program
• Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification
• Registered Technologist in Radiography and within one year, MRI certification
• At least two years of radiologic technologist experience, with one year in MRI preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations accurately, exercising independent judgment
• Work as a CT Tech when required, with appropriate pay
• Maintain safety and quality standards in imaging procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
