Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts per week: Wednesday – Friday, 10 am – 10 pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations in accordance with prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
• Utilize the resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease.
• Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R).
• BLS certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: None required; 6 months as an MRI Technologist preferred.
