The Nurse Residency Program at Prisma Health is designed to help new nurses transition smoothly into their roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under supervision
• Participate in clinical skills training
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Develop nursing knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina
• Completion of an approved pre-licensure nursing program

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
